The Jefferson County Swim Lesson Helper will assist both on the pool deck and in the water during swim lessons. Assist the swim lesson instructors with various tasks including helping students work on level appropriate tasks, assisting the swim lesson instructors or lifeguards as needed. Helper needs to be comfortable working with children of all ages, mostly 0-12 and the ability to take directon well.
